InstantVisa is a private visa processing service. We are not affiliated with any government agency. We assist with visa application preparation and processing but do not guarantee visa approval.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Uploading valid and authentic documents
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are clearly displayed before payment. Fees include government fees and our service fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

6. Limitation of Liability

InstantVisa is not liable for visa denials or delays in government processing. We provide assistance services but cannot control government decisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
