- DRAFT: Full refund available
- SUBMITTED: Full refund available
- IN_REVIEW: Full refund available
- APPROVED or later: No refund available
2. Refund Components
Eligible refunds include both:
- Government fees
- InstantVisa service fees
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team with your reference code
- Provide a reason for the refund request
- Await approval (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- Application has been approved
- Visa has been rejected by government authorities
- Application has been delivered
- More than 30 days have passed since payment
