  • SUBMITTED: Full refund available
  • IN_REVIEW: Full refund available
  • APPROVED or later: No refund available

2. Refund Components

Eligible refunds include both:

  • Government fees
  • InstantVisa service fees

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team with your reference code
  2. Provide a reason for the refund request
  3. Await approval (typically within 24-48 hours)
  4. Refund will be processed to your original payment method

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Application has been approved
  • Visa has been rejected by government authorities
  • Application has been delivered
  • More than 30 days have passed since payment
